The charming town of Yountville offers its cullinary hot spots within walking distance and the rest of the Wine Country is nearby and easily reacheable by car. Updated kitchen, breakfast nook with a vineyard view, updated bathrooms, recently painted interior and new flooring. Two decks, one deck facing east, perfect for watching the sunrise with your morning cup of coffee and a Bouchon croissant. At days end the other deck provides a lovely spot to sip a glass of wine and watch the sun set behind the Mayacamas Mountains. Peaceful setting, a beautiful home with a million dollar view...So much to appreciate. Very few homes border the vineyard and people just don't leave when they find their happy place.
