5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I'm terms of the good, it is right in the city centre and most places are easy to get to. The bad is that it can be quite close to the universities so a tad noisy at night but the soundproofing is quite good in the apartments.

Building management are easy to reach out to and often are quick to solve issues for me.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I knew was how to use some of the things in the rooms more such as heating and towel warmers. Another thing I wish I knew was how to book events.
