When we have guests over, the downstairs WC is perfectly positioned by the entrance preventing them from needing to go upstairs. We both work from home, so having a separate office/snug has been invaluable for productivity and privacy. The garden is wonderfully low maintenance, gets plenty of sun, and is ideal for al fresco dining. Upstairs, there are two well-sized bedrooms. The main bedroom has built-in wardrobes, and the second comfortably fits a double bed—ideal for a growing family or guests.
