Amenities : It has all amenities within - Gym room, Club room, Working hub, Laundry, TV lounge, Bin collection, and most importantly the Terrace Garden at 11th floor where you can view the entire city (the favourite one for all the residents). Living in the area has been a great experience overall. The location is ideal, close to shops, bars, restaurants, and Union Street, making it easy to enjoy city life without needing to travel far. There are plenty of bus stops and transport links right on your doorstep, which makes commuting and exploring the city very convenient. Parking is limited, but the building is well-connected to public transport. Anti-social behaviour and noise are minimal, and bin collections are reliable. It’s a great balance of being in the city centre while still feeling safe and secure.

Any problems I’ve reported have been dealt with quickly and professionally. The team is always available to help, and Ruben and Phil have been particularly supportive in making sure everything runs smoothly. Whether it’s maintenance requests or general enquiries, they are approachable and efficient.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how quickly the social events bring people together. It’s great for meeting new friends and settling in quickly, so I’d recommend making the most of those events early on.
