    The area is perfect for access to the city center and is minutes from everything. The area is very safe and near the subway.

    They solve things quickly and fix problems quick when needed

    It was the best , Ryan , geanique and sara have always been helpfull in every single thing during my stay. Friendly and very easy in communication skills they got.

    Good ,but it can be better by having live chat which is faster in replaying to the inquiry

    The the bills are two saperated , ovo and insite different bills and it is expensive

    It's great especially where its located you've got the shops and cafes are close by , the train station is just a few minutes away.

    Always keeping us informed and making sure that they follow up

    Lots of supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cafes etc in the area . Not huge amount of parking in the area and street can be noisy with traffic but noise insulation is good when window is closed

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Great had issue with cooker when I moved in which was promptly sorted. Issues always dealt with in timely manner

    Not a lot of free street parking in the neighbourhood

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    It's incredible how close Solasta is to everything. And I mean EVERYTHING! There are several gyms within a 5 minute walk. Several spa-esque shops around the corner for quick top ups and a Lidl just 8 minutes away. At that point you're just in town so you're sorted for everything. Travelling to places has never been easier, there's a subway just a few minutes away, central station is only an 8 minute walk, and a bus stop literally 1 min away. I love poundlan - boom , only 9 minutes away! And to top it all off, we live on the Clyde so it's ideal for runs/walks.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    For my personal problems / issues, Solasta has responded with insane speed. Our in house contractor, Martin, is always on the ball. Get that man a pint!

    The friendliness of the staff, the parcel room, and the gym / pool table
