4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Location is great. It’s around a 15 minute walk into the city centre and we have multiple shops, parks and amenities such as gyms within walking distance. The nearest train station is around a 25 minute walk and Uber is always an option. The building is just off a main road so traffic noise and congestion isn’t too bad. Parking could be an issue if you don’t pay for the onsite car park but that comes at a premium cost of £150.00 pcm.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Whenever an issue has arisen, Oxbow have responded by sending out Dave. Each time this has been within 48 hours of our initial report. Sometimes, he has come to our property and fixed the issue on the same day! He always makes sure to greet us around the building and is a great laugh too.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Initially we were told that a nearby car park would charge £40.00 pcm and this was a no brainer considering living in a city with multiple vehicles between us. However, this was not the case. I have since gone with the on site car park at £150.00 pcm and this is a huge difference in price. I will say that the security and convenience is far better in the onsite car park than the nearby one.

Dave the maintenance man is THE man. Property is great! The staff are very helpful. Parking is tough if you don’t want to pay for the underground parking.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The issues are sorted with speed if there are any issues.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Parking is a nightmare. I was told it was £40 per vehicle per month at the car park behind the building but it’s actually £300 a month so be aware that parking is bad.

Convenience everything is by your doorstep, you’re just round the corner away from the city centre … vibrant

Dave the handyman was always there if you needed help with maintenance work of the apartment … fast and responsive with a solution

Make the most of it time will fly. So much to do you get soaked into the city centre energy

Fantastic location - just a short walk into Manchester city centre, with supermarkets and parks nearby. Peel Park, in particular, is beautiful and only a few minutes away on foot.

The management team has been very responsive and helpful - thank you for making the experience smooth and stress-free!

Having trolleys available to help with moving in made the process so much easier - such a thoughtful touch!

Very close to town with ok parking and good amenities nearby. Friendly people within the units and made to feel at home

Responded quickly with repairs being done the next working day. Dave absolutely fantastic and felt more than comfortable with him stepping into our home
