I really like living here at The mercian for the last 3 years and every thing seems okay. One time we had a problem with hot water but now this is resolved. The workers at the reception are very friendly.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes. When i have a problem with broken stuff in my apartment.

No more anything.It has been a good experience all along

Convenience area except when the back door could not used which is so ridiculous for the high price and luxury apartment

Rosa, Zain was helping me with good service mind Molly, Charlotte was helping me through the contract and some other things.

We strive to complete repairs in a timely manner, although at times specialist equipment or bespoke items do take a little longer that we would like. I am pleased to confirm that both rear entrance and lift have been repaired and back up and running. Thankfully having so many elevators alleviates any significant impact if one is out of service for a period of time. Thank you for your feedback re the team, we are very lucky here :) Thanks again

Living on Broad Street in Birmingham has its pros and cons. The area is vibrant and lively, with a wide range of shops, bars, clubs, and restaurants nearby — great for nightlife and entertainment. There are also green spaces like Brindleyplace and the canal area within walking distance, which offer a nice break from the urban energy. Transport links are excellent — close to New Street Station, multiple bus routes, and even trams nearby
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has always responded promptly and professionally to any issues raised. Staff are approachable, quick to follow up, and make sure problems are resolved efficiently and with clear communication throughout
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
wish I had known how lively the area can get on weekends due to the nightlife nearby. It’s not a major issue, but light sleepers might want to consider a higher floor or a unit facing away from Broad Street.

Lots of restaurants nearby and shops like Tesco and Sainsbury’s for small emergencies and such. Thank you to Peter and Moses who are always extremely helpful

I can’t really think of anything. The leasing team do a good job of covering everything

All I can say is a have had a great experience while living here. Be it the staff, the facilities and the environment in general. Rosa, Peter and Moses have been very helpful.

I raise problems with Moda App and there is response in good time.

Sometime the door to Tennant street is not working and very bad getting out.
