Living here is just perfect, convenient and luxury! There’s everything at your doorstep (you literally have the WestField mall) 10 steps away from your home (How convenient) and it’s very close to Olympic park which is great if you have a dog, so many things to do around and last but not the least, the TUBE is also right next to you! Love it!! :)

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living on Coppermaker square has been a pleasant experience overall. The area boasts a good range of local shops, cafes, and restaurants, offering diverse options for dining and daily essentials. Several open green spaces are nearby, perfect for walking or relaxing with family. Public transport is excellent, with reliable bus and train links connecting to central London and neighbouring towns. Parking is usually available, although it can get tight during weekends. Bin collections are consistent and well-managed. The street is generally quiet with minimal traffic but little noise due to stratford train station and very little anti-social behaviour. It feels like a safe and friendly community, making it a great place for families and professionals alike.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Farhan at the concierge desk was incredibly helpful during my onboarding at Coppermaker Square. He welcomed me warmly, explained all the essential procedures clearly, and ensured I felt comfortable from the start. Farhan patiently answered all my queries about the building, facilities, and services available. He also took the time to introduce me to the resident benefits and community perks, which was a great bonus. His professional and friendly approach made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated his support and attention to detail, which reflected the high standard of service at Coppermaker Square.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known more about the resident app and how many services it offers, from booking facilities to receiving updates and managing maintenance requests. It’s incredibly useful and makes day-to-day living so much easier. Knowing about it earlier would have helped me settle in and make the most of the amenities from day one.

It’s got all the big brands, loads of places to eat, a cinema, and even a casino.
