4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Above all else, the people who work here are the best! Really kind and helpful. Can’t fault them! They’re the highlight of this place! Otherwise, the location is great - the Central line, night tube and Elizabeth line, all within easy reach. It does feel like a safe area, but there are spots of anti-social behaviour. The local betting shop always has a group of people in masks outside. They must be shy.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quickly, and with lots of care! They listen to your problems and help resolve them as best they can.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Quite a few false promises, unfortunately, but they do understand and do the best they can, with what they have.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It is very convenient to live here, there is a very big Chinese supermarket downstairs, tesco and many kiosks around, all very convenient. The metro station is just a minute's walk away.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Whenever I had a problem, I contacted the front desk to deal with it and it was efficient, usually today's problems were solved on the same day, and the flat was very comfortable with all the amenities.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There is a gym on the first floor of the flat, so this resource was well utilised and I went every day, the facilities were very nice and the aunts cleaned and cleaned every day, which is perfect for a cleanliness freak. At the end of the 24th year, the flat opened its own coffee at the front desk downstairs, which is a blessing for sleepy people!

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very convenient place to live, central line is 3 minute walk, Elizabeth line 10 minute walk and overground 20 minute walk. Multiple small grocery stores within a 2 minute walk, as well as a gym and pub. Can’t ask for much more. However it is off the A40 so traffic can be loud sometimes. Also the construction is very loud if you live on the bottom floor, wakes me up everyday.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes they always answer really fast and are very kind
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I would’ve known the facilities wouldn’t be finished for a long time. The pictures on the building and website give some false advertising. I wish I would’ve know they would’ve been doing more construction below my apartment. It rattles my apartment and wakes me up everyday, it’s almost unbearable…

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very easy accessible location - easy commute options - safe location with shops for essentials just at the door.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We didn’t get to view the flat in person as we came from Edinburgh I do wish we got to see it as we got a much better idea of space / and could ask better questions but we did get them all answered the Monday we moved in

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great transport links to the central and elizabeth lines. However, poor choice of cafes and bars, and very little parking availability.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They respond promptly to any concerns that were raised. Any repairs and maintenance are dealt with in a timely manner.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It took a long while before the in-house gym was installed.
