Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lots of places to eat and drink. You have lots of transport links such as buses trams, trains, what you would expect in city centre

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues I have had, they have been resolved quickly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Had issues with my neighbours, (students) there is quite a lot but management warn them and it stopped.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Parking availability can be improved on. At night if I leave my window open it can get very noisy with people screaming loudly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Senni and Lily have been very efficient dealing with any issues I have had. They went above and beyond to ensure I feel comfortable in the building.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that I will not be able to move out once I moved in 😉

    Jun 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The flat is at a central and convenient location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. It is close to the university and the Oxford Road Station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It responded in a timely manner, and they also found out that the battery of my door was low, and replaced it for me.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not really - I think one will get most insights from a typical viewing.

    May 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good transport links, abundant parking nearby, plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars. Lots to cater to East Asian population (eg Korean supermarket, bubble tea bar, hot pot restaurants)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any time problems have arisen, management team have been quick to respond - Billie met with me to discuss concerns previously, was helpful to have a face to face meeting rather than back and forth emails. Had a problem with my shower, reported it and initially nothing happened. Reported again and it was allocated to Jack who fixed the leak and redecorated my bathroom as needed. He was friendly, efficient and professional, and managed to make my shower look brand new.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Move-in services available - would have been preferable to using taxis to cart belongings across the city

    May 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Most of the buses are available on Oxford Road station. It is more easier for me to get bus to work than before. From my apartment there is not so much traffic noise. Only can hear the noise of the students gathering downstairs at night time. But luckily the sound insulation is good after closing the window.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They will respond and finish fixing the issue within two days.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

They provide a fixed cleaner to do the cleaning of my apartment which increases the security.
