Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The neighborhood stands out for how well-maintained and quiet it is, offering a calm, relaxed atmosphere that’s perfect for families or anyone looking to escape the noise of busier areas. However, one thing to be aware of is the limited availability of shops and stores nearby which means a bit of extra travel for certain goods or services.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Property Manager Mustafa Dar has been exceptionally helpful, insightful, and professional. Always quick to respond and resolve any issues that arise, and does so with a consistently polite and respectful approach.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent property, spacious rooms, quality kitchen and bathrooms, lovely garden, and storage shed. Whitehouse is well laid out, and despite the new building work, there is no noise or inconvenience. The locality is provisioned with open park spaces, a cafe and pharmacy next to the NHS Surgery, and several new schools. Property management is very efficient, and Mustafa Dar responds effectively when we have questions.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

A couple of minor issues we had on moving in were managed by Mustafa quickly and all resolved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Whitehouse is a new area still being developed. Good mix of families already resident gives a nice sense of community. The property has a number of cupboards but no hanging rails. All properties have allocated car parking space and electric charging in place.

    Assembly Park, TF1

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Assembly Park is positioned excellently, with close access to a wide range of amenities and outdoor spaces. With access to both the Dothill Nature Preserve & Apley Woods mere minutes away, walking, the outdoor spaces could not be better. Likewise, you are a short distance from Wellington town centre with access to a number of shops & the local train station which has regular access to trains to Shrewsbury, Telford, & Birmingham. Likewise, you're a short distance from both the Wrekin retail park & from Telford town centre, both of which provide excellent access to further shopping and entertainment options. There is also an excellent nursery run by the local coop just around the corner, and Dothill Primary School is exemplary site. Living on Wayfaring Crescent was pleasant. We found it to be overall quiet and pleasant. We had few issues with neighbours and generally found the community to be welcoming, but not overbearing. Bins were always picked up on time and generally the area was very clean and well maintained. The only fault is that the roads still need a final repairing pending completion of the building work.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building Management was always extremely prompt and I never felt that I was being a nuisance by flagging issues. This helped me to be prompt about reporting issues and getting prompt repairs completed, hopefully saving both the company and myself time, effort, and money! Again, Alisha Rowley in particular facilitated this excellently.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I can't really think of anything. Overall, I got what I expected to in the best of ways. I will say, I was surprised by the attention to detail with building / property management. I'd expected a colder interaction there given the scale of the company, but was pleasantly surprised to see that there was actually a high level of attention to detail and care given.

Overall great property and area to live in. It is very peaceful and quiet and the community is just as beautiful, Very lovely.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Alisha, one of our property managers was a huge help, I will be recommending this property to friends. She truly does care about our concerns and issues when it comes to properties.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing at all. I feel like the property is beautiful inside and out

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Still a building site, no local shops, pretty fields and nice open spaces, good prospects for the future but is a work in progress in terms of infrarstructure

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, our air source heat pump was fixed very fast, extra keys provided quickly as well.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would have been good to know the garden would be overgrown to begin with
