Planning also has been passed for a small supermarket to be erected where the current sales and marketing suite is located so this is something we are told is coming in the not too distant future.

The location of the site will be a real draw to many people. The apartment is a few minutes walk to the Hospital, Nestle and positioned in a very handy location for the commuter. You can walk into the town centre in 15/20mins and there is also a bus route directly outside the development taking you into town and beyond.

Overall a truly beautiful building in a grade A location and one of the very best apartments built here certainly the best one bedroom we have seen and we have many on our books.
