The real heart of the apartment is an incredible double aspect open plan kitchen/living space with views to the Minster. You need to see it for yourself to appreciate it fully but hopefully the photos offer an idea. The space is stunning.
The kitchen offers plenty of work surface area, storage and high quality appliances to include dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave and extractor. There is even a kitchen island with breakfast bar. There is ample space for an additional dining table as well as your sofa and coffee table. It is a very social space and ideal for entertaining friends and family and also will make a comfortable area to just crash out and relax. We love this room!
The HUGE bedroom continues to impress. It has a lovely feel and benefits from a handy floor to ceiling wardrobe, plenty of space for any size bed and a real feel of luxury living. I
Tasteful blinds have been fitted throughout the apartment but in the bedroom full black outs.
Wifi facilities are all in place for you to select a provider of choice and there is a video screen entry system for guests.
There are then more benefits! First a concierge service for your parcels and a secure parcel room all included in the rent. The apartment has a designated parking space close to the entrance door for convenience. There is a bike store and lovely planted borders and green space around the beautiful building.
Still more...a gorgeous library building, fully kitted out with free Wifi, drinks area and plenty of seating. Again this is free for residents (part of the service charge your landlord is covering) and can only be accessed via your key thobs. A lovely place to meet people, a change of scene if you work from home and or just a super place to read and relax. Finally there is a very tasty cafe/restaurant in the most stunning timber/glass building next to the library. I can vouch for the food and drink! Planning also has been passed for a small supermarket to be erected where the current sales and marketing suite is located so this is something we are told is coming in the not too distant future.
The location of the site will be a real draw to many people. The apartment is a few minutes walk to the Hospital, Nestle and positioned in a very handy location for the commuter. You can walk into the town centre in 15/20mins and there is also a bus route directly outside the development taking you into town and beyond.
Overall a truly beautiful building in a grade A location and one of the very best apartments built here certainly the best one bedroom we have seen and we have many on our books.
