"The flat is definitely well-connected with both London Bridge and Borough Stations 5-7 minutes walk away, plus the Bus Station at London Bridge - it could not be better connected. Santander bikes are right outside the building. Covent Garden is just a 20 minute cycle away with plenty of cycle lanes and infrastructure around. We do not have to rely on the Tube to get around as most places we go are easy walking or cycling distance. This has been especially true during the pandemic.

"Bermondsey Street and Borough Market are home to a tonne of top restaurants and some really well known local businesses. We find that our friends are always happy to come to us since there is so much to offer and Bermondsey street has a great atmosphere that is local and less touristy than Borough.

"There are loads of small and large supermarkets with a handful of small and medium tescos, M&S and the always handy Sainsburys 2 minutes walk away. Local food and flower markets, coffee shops ensure there is a local community feel.

The flat itself:
"The flat is in great condition. It's a fantastic flat, it's bright and feels fresh and airy. The flat gets the evening sun and we have dinner on the balcony most evenings in the summer. Its rooms are not overlooked and it's tucked in from the sounds of the road.

"We have never had to turn on the heating as the flat stays so warm. The bedroom is huge and overall the floor plan is good and there is no wasted space. Given the gate and the door downstairs, the whole building feels very secure and we have never felt uncomfortable in the area in general."
