One of the best things about living here is the local amenities. There’s a fantastic Polish supermarket just around the corner along with other food shops and grocery stores. I’ve also loved having a gym nearby – it’s made staying active so easy and convenient.
Transport links are excellent, with frequent buses to South London and the tube plus the tram stop is only 100m away. Getting to Gatwick Airport is a breeze, taking just 45 minutes.
After working from home for the past few years, I’ve decided to move closer to the countryside for a change of pace. But I’ll truly miss this flat – it’s been my home since it was first built 10 years ago. When I moved in, I installed engineered wood flooring throughout, painted the walls and tiled the kitchen (including the splash back) and bathroom. The décor is fresh, stylish and designed to make you feel at home the moment you step inside.
What will I miss most? The ease of popping into town, the abundance of green spaces, parks and walks along the River Wandle. This flat has been a perfect blend of city convenience and peaceful living and I hope the next owner enjoys it as much as I have."
