The kitchen is modern and on point and arranged at the far end so you can zone out the space with your furniture.
The block also has a large communal roof terrace that you can all enjoy should you wish to mingle or spread out a bit more.
The location has you well located for transport options with either Forest Hill or Sydenham stations equidistant - lines into London Bridge, Victoria and on the Overground where a quick change at Canada Water has you on the jubliee Line. Buses include 356, 122, 185, 176, 75, P13, 202.
Shopping is easily taken care of with Tescos if you fancy a change Sainsburys is outside Sydenham Station. Gastro pubs are plenty we love the Greyhound! or try out Journeys coffee shop in the former woodman pub a lovely environment. Wine lovers will love 161 and you can stumble home without the need for a uber! Green open spaces full this pocket of SE London and you are close to Wells Park, Dulwuch woods,and worls famous Crystal Palace Park is about a 20 minute walk.
