Outside, the front garden to the house has gated access and is laid to hard-standing. Although this could accommodate a vehicle, the curb to the front has not been dropped. This may well be possible, subject to consent. A side passageway provides access to the rear garden, which has mostly been laid to patio making it a low-maintenance space. There is a solid construction shed/workshop to one side.
