5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Community Atmosphere One of the best things about living here is the strong sense of community. People are generally friendly, and there’s a welcoming vibe that makes it easy to feel at home. Access to Nature The area is surrounded by a green Symphony park Convenient Amenities Everything you need is close by—grocery stores, and healthcare facilities. Public transport is reliable, and commuting is relatively stress-free. Cultural Events & Activities There are regular community events in house, markets, that bring people together and celebrate local culture. One downside is the rising cost of living. Housing prices and rent have increased significantly, making it harder for young people or new families to settle here. Nightlife Enjoy a vibrant nightlife or late-night dining options.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Circle square is a great place to live. Now that we have onda, taphouse, federal and north bar, we don’t really leave the area. Parking in the area is a challenge but there’s no need to drive really due to our central location.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are always quick to respond and rectify any issues promptly
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I felt well informed so don’t feel there is anything to add here
