    Moved in July 2024. Maintenance is amazing, reception is so kind and security is so good! Rent is perfect for the location. Never loud.

    Not had any problems yet thankfully but they do spot checks

    Lots of great bars and resteraunt within a 10 minute walk of the building. Lots of little shops to grab small food bits

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We lost our hot water and the maintenance person arrived within an hour to help fix this

    None - everything was very clear and transparent with us

    Great service and always there to help when needed . Building was always kept clean and tidy and had great events.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Any problem we had was sorted straight away was also kept clean

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    That parking had to be in the building at a cost. Would have been good to know beforehand as it came to extra cost.

    It is only a short walk away from the city centre shops. It’s also conveniently only a 2 min walk away from Moorfields train station.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Everything was dealt with promptly although we didn’t have many issues

    If I could go back in time I’d make the most of all the events put on
