Excellent building. Location great. Staff especially on a weekend are great. Always make sure the doors are open when carrying shopping😂
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Maintenance team are great but I think are held back by the powers above.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
A lot of building work going on. Also often late at night can hear glass bins being emptied from pubs next door

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Convenient and quiet location within walking distance to many of Manchester’s best areas. Multiple grocery stores within a short walking distance and a lot of potential for future development in the downstairs retail units and under the archways.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management can sometimes be slow to respond to issues, particularly over email but do then make a good effort to resolve issues.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The sense of community you can build whilst being a tenant here if effort is made to socialise and attend the various events.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area offers a good mix of convenience and calm. There are plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance, and public transport links are reliable and frequent. Parking can be limited, especially in the evenings, and there can be occasional traffic noise during peak hours. However, the area feels safe, and there’s a nice sense of community. Open green spaces like the Cortland park is great for summer evenings too.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
When I had an issue with my previous flat, Teddy, Raf, Devon and the team were incredible. They moved me into a new apartment really quickly, handled everything with care, and made what could’ve been a stressful experience feel calm and supported. I’ve always found them approachable, responsive, and genuinely willing to help, it’s rare to feel that looked after in a rental situation.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The only thing I wish I’d known sooner is that any problems are sorted out quickly and kindly! I spent a bit of time stressing before reaching out, but I’ve learned that the team really do have your back, so speak up early if something’s not right. Also, if you rely on a car, just be aware parking can sometimes be limited.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is brilliant, all shops within a stones throw and there’s a lovely restaurant & bar within the building. It can be noisy at times due to trains and construction work however. Parking availability is fine as there’s loads of car parks close by.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
All issues are dealt with promptly. It is easy to submit a request via the holding app.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing! The tours they give before you move in are very in dept and the team and great at answering any questions
