The apartment is conveniently located near the station and the city centre, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Unfortunately, I had to move out of this apartment due to work, but the staff member, Harita, was very kind and considerate and helped me with the move-out procedures.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The beds in the furnished one-bedroom apartments are a little small, so if you are thinking of living with your spouse, we recommend that you see the apartment in person to check the size.

It is located in the center of Cardiff, there are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so you won't have any trouble living there.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
When we moved, Halita was very helpful and explained everything in detail. There is always someone at the reception to help with any questions you may have.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It's in the centre of Cardiff and gets very lively at night.

I rented this place because of the central location. It is next to both the bus and train station. Nearby shops and mall , literally everything available on walking distance. Two cinemas nearby.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I had a problem with the heating once. It was solved the very next day.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish the windows were a bit more sound proof. It does get noisy in the morning and late night on weekends.

The area is surrounded by a wide range of shops, cafés, and local markets, all just a short walk away. Living here feels like being right in the heart of the city centre, with easy access to almost every facility, store, and activity you might need. It’s an ideal location for convenience, connectivity, and vibrant city life.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very fast and clear. I had a smooth and stress-free moving-out experience, thanks to Harita from the management team. From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful, clear, and cooperative. Her detailed instructions and prompt responses to any questions made the entire process easy to follow and very manageable. She consistently provided the information we needed in a way that was easy to understand, and her support throughout was truly appreciated.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The apartment location in relation to the sun. I had a very warm days during summer and sometime it can be too warm.
