Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s an amazing thing having Morrisons just crossing the street. It’s poor service of buses, but if you have a car, it’s perfect cause we have a car park inside the complex. It’s a quite street in general, no noisy

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they always reply to us and support helping with cases of misbehavior of other tenants, etc

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Just be aware of bills so you don’t have any surprises with water , energy etc. the windows don’t fully open, so if you have portable air con, will be hard to attach. Not all dog breeds are allowed, but all dogs must be on leads, so it’s safe for everyone. It’s a 20’ walk to the tube station and the route buses is very poor. Regarding the schools quality, we have grammar a 10’ walk distance and a good catholic primary just 8’ walk too.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very nice area and lovely community, easy access to big supermarket and pubs and restaurants. Local parking must be paid for.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Report are taken seriously and professionally. The team will do everything they can to help.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We were promised restaurant and cafes on site, however 3 years into my tenancy, they are not yet available, but looking forward to having these!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The facilities in my residential area are generally impressive. The gym is well-equipped and the club room is a great space for social gatherings. The barbecue area is nice for outdoor events, though the grill itself doesn’t work very well. The media room is a mixed experience — while it’s a nice space, the inability to turn off the lights or lower them really affects the viewing experience. Additionally, we’re not allowed to adjust the speaker volume, so if it's too loud or too soft, there's little flexibility, which defeats the purpose of a proper media room. Overall, it’s decent.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The service here has been excellent — whenever I raise an issue, it’s resolved promptly and professionally. The staff are friendly, approachable, and always willing to help, which makes a big difference in daily living. Their responsiveness and positive attitude truly enhance the overall experience in the community.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing that could definitely be better is the inconsistency in rules — many were changed after I moved in, which was frustrating. There were also some promises made by the agents that weren’t followed through. The coffee machine, while a big plus and one of the reasons I chose this place, unfortunately keeps breaking. I do appreciate having it, but better maintenance and honesty upfront would really help.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I live in Cortland Casiobury in Watford, and honestly, it's a lovely place to be. The best part is definitely the location, it’s right by Cassiobury Park, which is beautiful all year round. Whether it’s a morning walk, a weekend picnic, or just somewhere to relax, it’s great having that green space on your doorstep. The area itself is peaceful, but still really convenient, Watford Underground Station is just a short walk away, so getting into London is easy, and the town centre is close too with loads of shops, cafés, and restaurants. It’s the kind of place where everything you need is nearby, but it doesn’t feel busy or overwhelming. That said, there are a couple of downsides. Traffic can get a bit heavy, especially during rush hour or on Watford FC match days. Parking isn’t always the easiest either, depending on where you are. And because it’s such a nice area, property prices and rent can be on the higher side. But overall, I’d say it’s a great place to live, calm, well-connected, and surrounded by nature. It really does feel like the best of both worlds.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been responsive and professional whenever I’ve raised an issue. They usually deal with things quickly and keep me updated, which makes a big difference. It’s clear they genuinely care about residents’ experience.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had moved in much sooner. I saw ads for the property two years ago but wasn’t sure at the time. Looking back, I realise it’s been a great place to live, and I could’ve enjoyed it earlier!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to Cassiobury park and bus stop. Convenient to shop at Morrisons next door and business park nearby. 20 mins to Tube station. Peaceful community and good environment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Response time to cleaning or repair is reasonable, and prompt in case of urgency.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Smart lockers and online services including reservation of facilities and service request are value-added provisions to the development.
