The shower room has been fully upgraded with floor to ceiling tiling, walk in shower with glass block wall, WC, large vanity unit and sink, wall mounted radiator, and a new upvc window with blackout blind and frosted glass. A traditional Spanish wooden door from the bedroom leads to a private rooftop solarium.

The rooftop solarium has yet to be completed, with raised walls and tiling this will be a lovely spot to have your morning coffee and take in the village views. The exterior walls to the master bedroom will need rendering. The solar water heater is situated above the master bedroom.

La Pinilla is located 25 minutes inland from the coastal resort of Puerto de Mazarrón in Costa Calida, a charming sleepy village with a bar serving local tapas just a few doors away from the property. Central to the village is the stunning church "La Iglesia de Nuestra Señora de Montserrat" which dates from the 19th century.

There are four areas along the coast namely Bolnuevo, Puerto de Mazarrón, Isla Plana and La Azohia with roughly 16 coves of beach. If you prefer the tranquillity of the mountains the Sierra Espuña National Park can be reached within 30 minutes, with several small villages being reached within 15 minutes. The transport network in the area is excellent.
