5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in my local area has both its positives and challenges. On the positive side, there’s a good variety of local shops, cafés, and restaurants within walking distance, offering both independent and chain options. There are also several well-maintained parks and green spaces that are ideal for walks, sports, or just relaxing. Public transport is generally reliable, with frequent buses and a nearby train station that makes commuting into the city convenient. However, there are a few drawbacks. Parking on my street can be difficult, especially in the evenings or on weekends, and traffic noise can be noticeable during peak hours. Bin collections are usually on schedule, but sometimes bins are left out for too long, which can be unpleasant. There have been occasional incidents of anti-social behaviour, mostly during weekends, but nothing too severe. Overall, it’s a fairly pleasant and convenient place to live, especially if you value access to local amenities and transport links.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management is generally responsive and polite, but resolution times can vary depending on the issue. Urgent matters are usually handled quickly, while less critical concerns may require follow-up before action is taken.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how limited the parking availability can be, especially during evenings and weekends—it’s something that doesn’t come across during a typical viewing. Also, while the building is generally quiet, soundproofing between some units isn’t great, so occasional noise from neighbours can be noticeable. I’d also recommend checking the frequency and reliability of the lifts, as there have been a few maintenance issues. For new neighbours, I’d suggest joining the resident WhatsApp group; it’s helpful for updates and building-related tips.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
We've been living in this apartment for about 9 months and overall, it's been a very comfortable experience. The building is well-maintained and located in a convenient area, with easy access to public transportation, grocery stores, and other essentials. We've really enjoyed living in this apartment, and one of the highlights has been the amazing team at the front, especially Ryan, Laura, and Kerry. They are always incredibly friendly, approachable, and supportive. Whether it's for maintenance requests, general questions, or just a quick chat, they're always available and happy to help.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management team has been responsive and easy to communicate with.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known the offer you'll be given when refering a friend.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in my local area has both positives and negatives. On the plus side, there’s a decent range of local shops, cafes, and restaurants, with a mix of independent and chain options. Several green spaces nearby make it easy to enjoy nature or go for a walk, especially on weekends. Public transport is fairly reliable, with regular buses and train services that connect well to the city centre. However, services can be delayed during peak times or in bad weather. On the downside, parking on my street is quite limited, especially in the evenings, and bin collections can be inconsistent. There’s occasional traffic noise and some issues with anti-social behaviour on weekends, particularly from nearby bars. Still, it’s generally a safe and convenient area to live in.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has been generally responsive to urgent issues, but slower to act on minor or non-urgent concerns. Communication is polite, though follow-ups are sometimes needed to ensure resolution.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how limited the on-street parking can be, especially in the evenings—it often fills up quickly. Also, while the building is mostly quiet, noise from nearby bars can be disruptive on weekends. A helpful tip: get familiar with the bin collection schedule early on, as it’s not clearly communicated and can be inconsistent. For new neighbours, joining the residents’ WhatsApp group has been really useful for updates and building-related advice.
