5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good - the vibrancy of living in Icon Tower. The place is well connected on the Circle Line and Elizabeth Line
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We haven’t had any problems that have arisen, but I understand they are very proactive.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Amazing location, Tesco and Sainsbury are just a 3-minute walk away. Access to both Elizabeth and Central lines makes getting around London so much easier.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, all recommended repairs have been attended to whilst we've been here. The FixFlo app works well, and the response times are good.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Wish my kids were granted access to the gym at the age of 15, instead of 16.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
North Acton has absolutely everything you could need. There is a Tesco, a Sainsbury's, a Subway, a Papa Johns, and a Domino's literally 2 minutes walk from Icon Tower. There is also a Costa Coffee nearby and the two closest tube stations are reachable within 5 minutes (North Acton and Acton Main Line). There is a huge Asda in Nearby Park Royal, a 15 minutes' walk from the development. I have not had any issues: not seen any antisocial behaviour nor crime, although I did witness a car losing control and hitting a metal grate near my building.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, I had an issue with my bathroom (silicon sealant). The issue was resolved quickly and satisfactorily.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known about the move-in procedures before the move-in day.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The access to the Central Line from Legacy Point is excellent – it makes getting around London really convenient. There are several supermarkets nearby, along with a good selection of cafés and restaurants in the area. The gym just across the street is also a big plus – it’s affordable, easy to access, and super helpful to have so close by!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Maintenance in the flat has always been sorted quickly and efficiently. The team is responsive and makes sure any issues are resolved without delay – it really gives peace of mind!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Is generally quiet, but it can get a bit lively on weekends. It’s worth investing in a good fan during the summer, as the flat can get quite warm. Also, the lifts can be busy during peak hours, so it’s good to plan around that if you’re in a rush!
