We've absolutely loved living here and raising our family in this warm and welcoming home. Tucked away in a lovely, quiet cul-de-sac, the neighbourhood offers both peace and a strong sense of community. Its location has been ideal for us, with excellent schools just a short walk away and all the conveniences of daily life within easy reach. The extension to the rear has changed the way we use the downstairs space in such a positive way. We have had many happy years in this house and will be sad to leave, will miss looking out the back bedroom windows at the fields behind and seeing the cows, however it is time for us to move on as our family have grown and we need more space. This has been a place full of happy memories, and we hope the next owners will enjoy it just as much as we have.

This is such a fantastic location for anyone moving with a family and always has been popular with great schools, parks and woodland right on your doorstep. To the front of this home you have a recently refitted kitchen with ample worktop and cupboard space, it also comes with some built in appliances such as a dishwasher, fridge freezer and oven. There is also a handy storage cupboard by the front door which also houses the boiler which is approximately 8 years old. The garage is just the other side with internal access, which could be converted to create extra space. Behind this you have the downstairs cloakroom which has just been repainted. The back of the house is a lovely 17ft, open living and dining space which also has additional space provided by the conservatory. The roof here has been replaced for a tiled one with three skylights and double doors leading onto the garden bringing in some great natural light.

Upstairs all of the bedrooms are a superb size with the benefit of all having fitted storage. The family bathroom is a great size with plenty of natural light pouring through. Outside the garden is a great entertaining space has gives you side access to the front of the home, where you've got ample driveway parking for 3 to 4 vehicles.

This home sits nestled at the back of the popular 'Fernlea' development in quiet cul de sac and is only a short walk away from the popular FBC centre and is only a stones throw away from California Country Park. Also a short walk away you have some great local amenities including the Co-op, Pharmacy and some great local places to eat. It also falls within many of the areas popular local school catchments such as Waverley School, Gorse Rise Primary and Bohunt Secondary Schools. If you're looking for some open green space to explore or take your dog for a walk, you've got some great choices locally such as Simons Wood and as we've already mentioned the FBC Centre and California Country park these both have fantastic playparks and cafes too. Wokingham Town Centre and Train Station is also only a 12 minute drive away, having recently been redeveloped it really is a great place to go with plenty of well known and independent retailers. You also have some fantastic transport links into London with easy access onto the A329, M3 and M4 from here.
