We were really impressed with this flat as soon as we saw it. It has really well proportioned rooms with high ceilings, a great layout and it has been cleverly extended to the side and rear. Whilst the extension has created a fantastic living space and kitchen it hasn't destroyed the size of the garden which by Clapham standards is still big. We also liked the open aspect at the rear of the garden which is so rare in this area as the streets are so close together. This open aspect means that the garden gets good sunlight and there is a great sense of privacy without any properties behind looking down over the garden.

Service Charge: This flat pays 40% of the annual buildings insurance premium which this year was circa £395. There is no service charge as our clients own the freehold and they manage the building themselves. They deal with any maintenance issues as and when they arise.
