The property is accessed to the right, at the front through a shared entrance vestibule into the well-proportioned cozy lounge which has a log burning stove, front facing double glazed window, recess for storage, space for three-piece suite and substantial lounge furniture. The dining room is an open plan with this lounge and has space for table and chairs, storage cupboard off, access door to the inner hallway and the rear facing kitchen.
The kitchen has above ample floor and wall mounted units offering good storage accommodation with inset electric oven and extractor hood. There are rear and side facing double glazed windows and a door leading out to the side chipped area which leads round to the rear gardens. The inner hallway provides access to the downstairs bathroom which has three-piece white suite comprising low level WC, wash hand basin and panelled bath with electric shower above and wall tiling all round.
Stairs lead from this inner hallway to the upper landing which gives access to two bedrooms with the front facing master bedroom having a dormer window with magnificent views out over the Loch.
Further features include electric heating circulating to panel and storage sheets within, double glazing enhancing insulation, chipped front and side gardens leading to a chipped patio area at the rear with steps leading up to a sloped lawned area which is an open plan with the garden next door. A timber garden shed is found at the upper level and indeed fabulous aspects over to the hills on the opposite side of the loch are noted from here.
The property is situated within walking distance of the centre of Lochgoilhead, which is idyllically situated within the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park which, as such, offers a wealth of outdoor pursuits such as sailing, climbing and hill walking, and of course there is the annual hill race too !

The Drimsynie / Argyll Holiday village is situated across the bay which offers a leisure centre, with swimming pool and a nine hole golf course. Post Office, School, Nursery, Medical Centre and weekly mobile bank all within walking distance.
