"Torre a cona" is a modern and luxurious building in Sutomore, part of the Bar Municipality. Situated on a 1,170 m2 plot, it comprises a basement garage and four floors. There are a total of 12 residential units, consisting of 8 one-bedroom apartments and 4 studios.

The building's architecture reflects a Mediterranean style with a distinctive stone-clad arch and pitched gable roofs covered in traditional materials. Pergolas on the terraces provide shade and add to the unique ambiance of the structure. At the entrance, a common reception area with a modern design, reception hall, and 24-hour maintenance services are available.

In this project, the developer has focused on a modern design, characterized by simple lines and elegant elements achieved through the use of high-quality materials, wall coverings, and warm parquet flooring. Each apartment is equipped with a "smart home" system, catering to those who seek a more advanced living experience.

The one-bedroom apartments are distributed evenly, with two on each floor, featuring a living room, hallway, kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom.

Two studios are located on the first and second floors, each containing a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and hallway.
