An important development program promoted by the Municipal Administration and structured in public-private agreements, in fact provides for the construction of a tourist marina in the fjord of the "Baia di Ulisse" capable of accommodating over 1000 boats, even of considerable size, accommodation and tourism of substantial importance and, finally, without solutions of continuity with the "Liccia di Fora" development plan, of an 18-hole golf course.
The lot in question has a fantastic sea view over Corsica and the archipelago of "La Maddalena". The closest beaches are the bay of Porto Liscia at about 5 km, the island of Gabbiani, the beach of La Sciumara, Coluccia.
