5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very comfortable and safe at all time. Staff are so welcoming and the local community are super generous and helpful at all times
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Harita from the management team held my pre- move out inspection! She was super kind, joyful and full of energy. It felt like me renewing my contract rather than leaving such a beautiful community.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The process of moving out is much more lengthy compared to moving in and also the price of a move out cleaning is quiet pricy for a student

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is fantastic! you can walk anywhere in Cardiff from here, and it is so easy to take the bus or train as the stations are situated right next to the building. The street can sometimes be busy but the apartments have good sound proofing. It is right next to a great selection of bars and restaurants which make it very convenient!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management was wonderful and efficient in helping me every step of the way! Harita was very kind and informative during my moving out process! She ensured that I had all the information that I needed and listened to my concerns as well. It made the process that much easier for me!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Before moving in, I wish I had asked more questions about how noise travels in the building (e.g., footsteps from upstairs neighbors or street sounds). It’s not a major issue, but if you’re sensitive to noise, it might help to tour the apartment during busier times or ask about soundproofing. That said, the community itself is quiet and friendly, and management has always been great about addressing concerns!

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in this area has been a very positive experience overall. The local shops and restaurants are of good quality and within walking distance Like any city area, there can be occasional traffic noise and limited parking at peak times, but overall the street is quiet and well-maintained. Bin collections are regular and efficient, and the neighborhood feels safe and friendly.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has always responded quickly and professionally to any issues. They are approachable, helpful, and make sure things are resolved efficiently.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known that the noise level on this side of the building can be a bit higher compared to other units. I previously lived in the same development on the Wood Street side facing the train station, and surprisingly, it was much quieter there. It would have been helpful to know about the difference in noise levels depending on the apartment’s location within the building.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Everything is great, literally everything you’ll ever need is minutes away and very nice that the train station is seconds away
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Super fast response time and super helpful would recommend enough
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I didn’t know they’d have key cards almost like a hotel which is great

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in the city centre means everything is on your doorstep shops, bars, restaurants, gyms, and parks. You’re 2 minutes from Cardiff Central station, so transport is super convenient. The area can be a bit noisy at night, especially on weekends, but you get used to it. Bin collections are regular and the streets are generally clean. Being in the heart of the city comes with a great buzz and lots of things to do.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The maintenance of the building is great, very clean and everything works fine
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The city center can be noisy on the weekends, but is something that you get used quickly
