    I’ve been living here since last year, and it’s been a fantastic experience. The location is excellent — right in the heart of King’s Cross, with absolutely great transport links, shops, and restaurants just a short walk away. If I get hungry there’s a market down the road! The area feels very safe, especially when I come home late. It’s a very quiet area.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We have had issues when we first moved in, but it was swiftly resolved by the management. Ernest always does a good job of fixing literally anything

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    It has great views of the London Skyline and it always has a resident events where you can socialize

    The local area is amazing. Loads to do, really safe, can get anywhere in London very quickly. Also a Gail’s nearby which is a must for me :P

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    10/10. Immediately fixed when requested. Had some problems with my extractor fan and gave them permission to go in while I was at work. Came home to a perfectly functioning fan that same day with no hassle.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    It’s a bit of a walk from King’s Cross. I love walking so no issue. But adds 15 ish mins to any journey.

    The area is incredibly convenient, feels safe even at more off hours, and there's new restaurants and bars opening all the time.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The building has responded very very promptly to issues I have raised (often immediately)

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I would have started trying the neighbourhood restaurants sooner :)

    The surroundings are very pleasant and make for an enjoyable stay. All facilities are close by. There is a large pedestrian-only area nearby which is very child-friendly. The bus stop is just around the corner, and both the underground and train stations are within a 10 to 15-minute walk, so they are also easily accessible. We are very happy with the location.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Any issues we encountered, or questions we had regarding specific building-related matters, were handled promptly and appropriately by the building management.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The balconies of the apartments can be quite windy, which means that even in good weather it’s not always entirely comfortable to sit outside.

    Everything is overall good it’s just a little far from the closest station, about a 15 min walk. But the amenities make up for that inconvenience.
