There are tiled splash backs, an extraction fan and an obscured window to the rear elevation.

Outside

Externally, the property has two allocated parking space which are located directly in front of the property.  There is a gated pathway leading to the rear garden.

Accessed via the open plan kitchen/breakfast room, the rear garden is fairly level, with a decked area opening out onto a large lawn.  There is space for a shed, plus an array of mature shrubs and bushes.
