4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living here has been a really nice experience. There’s loads of green space around which makes the area feel open and peaceful, and it’s lovely to have nature so close by. It’s just a short walk into town, so everything you need is easy to get to, but the area itself still feels calm and quiet. There are a few handy local shops nearby too, which makes popping out for essentials really convenient. Overall, it’s a great mix of being close to things while still feeling relaxed and a bit tucked away.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has always responded really quickly and efficiently to any issues. Repairs and maintenance are handled without much delay, and communication has been clear and helpful every time. It's been very reassuring.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One lovely surprise after moving in was how many activities and events are organised for residents. It really adds a sense of community and makes it easier to meet neighbours, especially if you're new to the area. I wish I’d known just how active and welcoming the community is—it’s a great bonus that doesn’t always come across during a viewing! Definitely something I'd highlight to anyone thinking of moving in.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I love the area so much! It is very artistic, there is a wide range of bars and restaurants and it is only a short walk to the town centre. The bus stop is directly outside the apartments, I cannot hear much traffic on my side but there are a lot of fireworks that happen regularly.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have not had any issues yet, but I always see the maintenance team here and there and they are very helpful.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I love the apartment and I am looking forward to moving further up.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
We live in a centralised flat in Digbeth, Birmingham, and absolutely love the short commute into the city centre and its buzzing nightlife. Being right outside a major bus route means transport is incredibly convenient, and we feel well-connected without needing a car. The area feels safe and homely, with a growing community vibe. Bins are collected regularly, and we’ve not experienced any major issues with noise or anti-social behaviour. Parking can be tricky at times, but that’s to be expected this close to town.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Management are always quick and prompt and thorough when taking care of our issues
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
They were so upfront about everything that they left nothing undisclosed!
Manager's response5Thank you so much for your wonderful review Jack! I'm absolutely thrilled to hear that you’ve felt cared for and at home since moving in. It means a lot to us that you’ve noticed the effort we put into building a strong, welcoming community—from the events to the little touches like the monthly chalkboard. We’ll be sure to pass your kind words along to the whole team. It’s feedback like this that keeps us motivated—thank you again for being such a valued part of the community!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Local area is great, loads of pubs, restaurants and cafe's nearby. Travel links are surperb, with Birmingham city center only a 15 minute walk away from the office.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management reacts very quickly to issues and miscellaneous maintenance requests, work is always completed in a timely manner
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The community events! The building management puts on various events throughout the month for the community to take part in. Whether it's a celebration party to mark the 2nd anniversary of the building opening or movie nights, there's always something coming up
Manager's response5Thankyou for your lovely review Jack, your feedback means a lot to us! It’s wonderful to know that the atmosphere we've worked hard to create is making a positive impression. If there’s anything you ever need or if we can make your experience even better, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Easy access to both the city centre and the motorways which is great for both me and my partner - I drive and he commutes by train. Great selection of shops nearby that cover everything you could need, and if not it's a 15 minute walk to the Bullring!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quickly, compassionately and effectively. Never feels like we've been brushed aside.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That there's a second entryway closer to our flat - would have made it a lot easier for lugging furniture on move in!
Manager's response5Thank you so much for your wonderful review Lucy! Myself and the team are delighted to hear that you love the design of the Neighbourhood and find the communal spaces and meeting rooms so useful—it’s exactly what we hoped to achieve for our residents. It’s also fantastic to hear your kind words about our property management team. I'm thrilled to know I have made such a positive impact! If there’s ever anything else we can do to make your experience even better, just let us know.
