Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The range of shops and restaurants is pretty good in the area. Plenty of public transportation available frequently. There’s a lot of anti social behaviour on broad street and it can be very hectic but always feel safe with Musa (Moses) and Peter around. The 2 best guys in Moda and give this place a homely feel.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
It can take sometime to respond and sort it out at times.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Be aware of the noise on broad street on Fridays and weekends. It can be very loud and hectic.
Manager's response5Thanks Mohammed H- we appreciate your feedback. It would be great to have some suggestions re the gym as we are very proud of our amenities and know we have one of the best non- commercial/residential gyms in the city. Always open to ideas though! We are all slightly frustrated with the bin situation that has been ongoing with the council refuge team across the city but feel we have been managing quite well considering. We appreciate our residents support with this. Thanks for taking the time to acknowledge our fab night team- they seem to be making a great impression! :)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Everything in the local area is incredibly convenient. From the tram stops to Brindley Place, everything you need is within walking or a short commuting distance.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, the building management always responds promptly to all issues raised through the convenient MODA app.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew about certain community events organised in the MODA app. I’ve only started using it and it’s incredibly helpful and a great place for all residents to communicate with one another in forums.
Manager's response5Thank you Muhammad V- we really appreciate your feedback. So pleased that you have found our App- keep your eyes out for some upcoming events this summer :)
