    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    The location is another major highlight. Swiss Cottage is a vibrant, convenient area with everything you could need. Its just 1 mins walk to the Finchley Road station and bus stops to central London is right next to the entrance. There are plenty of local café , supermarkets, bars, cinemas, gyms and more. Food lovers will be especially happy here: whether you’re craving Japanese, Korean, Western, pizza, or French cuisine... you name it , you’ll find it all within walking distance. Whatever you’re in the mood for, it’s easily available. Belsize Park and Hampstead Heath are just next to you!

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They response at once, you just need to leave a email. Then everything sorted out the next day.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Prepare yourself mentally, because you will miss them a lot after you leave.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    I had a fantastic stay here. It is located in a convenient location with lots of shops/ cafes / beauty salons and gyms near. There is a Waitrose oposite and on the doorstep of Finchley Road station , making it a very easy commute for those working in central London. The area is also a short walk away from lots of pretty areas such as Hampstead heath. I always felt safe living in this area.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Very very quick at fixing any issues and readily available to help at all times.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Nothing negative to say about this place or the team at all - was a very pleasant stay .

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Great location , only bit of noise is Finchley Rd up front and the church next door otherwise surprisingly homely considering the busy location

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    No problem too small , Selna has been amazing and is a really remarkable lady indeed. Incredibly efficient and so very helpful as well as being such a very nice person , she always has a smile for her guests !! 10/10 , 5 stars !!

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Only the noise from the church next door . Which is not that bad tbh and beyond the control of even the amazing Selna

    Superb location. Opposite the tube and very close to both Tesco and Waitrose. A further walk to aldi and sainsburys. There is a very good cafe called Barista two doors down.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I raised problems with casting onto the tv and it was fixed quickly

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I really enjoyed my stay and it worked for what I needed at the time. I can’t ask for anymore. The food from restaurant next door was really disappointing.

    This good aspects are many such as the convince around as well as the station right opposite and very close to everything.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They have solved all my problems and have helped me in everything

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Just that the ac is centrally controlled and I don’t have access to it for my private temp
