    I absolutely loved the location, about 15 to 20 mins to central London . There are also many cafes nearby, so you can always get your morning coffee! Although it is located by the main road, I cannot hear any traffic from my apartment.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Whenever I need any clarification, Selna has always responded to my WhatsApp messages promptly and provided solutions to my issues. She also has such positive energy whenever I speak to her in person.

    There is nothing that I wish I had known before moving in.

    The area is very convenient and lively. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, and cafés nearby, which makes it great for socialising or just grabbing a coffee or meal. Most major supermarkets are within walking distance, so shopping is easy and accessible.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I didn’t have many issues during my stay, but on the couple of occasions something needed fixing, the building management responded immediately and resolved it very quickly.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The location of The Quarters in Swiss Cottage is amazing. Everything you need is within a 5-minute walk, underground and overground trains, supermarkets like Waitrose, Aldi, and Sainsbury’s, plus Boots, Superdrug, and Holland & Barrett. If you want easy access to all essentials, this place is definitely worth considering!

    Great location with plenty of shops, restaurants and transport links nearby. A bit of noise from the main road or nearby church, but overall it feels surprisingly peaceful.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The management is excellent — any issue is handled quickly and professionally. Selna is genuinely amazing — always smiling, always helpful, and truly a credit to the building. 5 stars!

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Just that there can be occasional noise from the church next door — but it’s quite minor and doesn’t really affect the experience.

    From the moment I stepped into The Quarters Swiss Cottage, I was welcomed with such warmth and genuine kindness that I knew I made the right choice. Selna, the manager, is an incredible woman—she welcomed me in with the utmost respect, care, and sincerity. It wasn’t just about checking in; it was about feeling seen and valued as a person. That first impression stayed with me throughout my entire stay.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes, absolutely. Anytime I raised an issue, no matter how small, the building management showed up and took care of it without delay. They’re responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure everything runs smoothly. I never felt like I was being ignored or brushed off—quite the opposite. Their follow-through and attention to detail were always reassuring.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I only wish I had known about this place sooner. I’ll absolutely be back next time I’m in London. The Quarters isn’t just a serviced apartment—it’s a community, and Selna and her team make sure you feel part of it from day one.

    Close to Central London, very well linked in terms of transport and right next to the tube station. Many shops nearby, lovely area.

    They are always very quick to help and resolve any queries!

    Ending up loving my stay , and Solomon and Mathew are also so the best security
