5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
We love the convenience to access varies kind of shops, public facilities around, and the transportation we can enjoy here around.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Prompt response each time we raise our request. A Big Thank you and keep the good work.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We shared last year. We arrived here in the UK with 'Zero' experience of this country. We had just walked by since we had been staying in a nearby hotel, and just tried to walk in asking for a flat to stay in, and we found it was a very good 'move'.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The building is super close to the marina and the canal for nice walks! Piccadilly is only a short 10 minute walk so perfect when you need to run for a train. Sainsburys and Aldi just around the corner and northern quarter not too far either.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes they always respond quickly and organise a solution asap.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I feel like I was made aware of everything I needed to know before I moved in. I didn’t even have to view the place to know I would love it.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great location, so close to city centre but also has 5 minute walking access to huge green park space. Shops available on both sides of the road from the building including an ALDI. Bins are well managed and haven’t noticed any noise issues since moving in.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Wesley and the rest of the team have been amazing. He gave us a tour of the facility when we first enquired and answered all our questions with no difficulty. Since moving in all issues have been addressed ASAP and have had no bad interactions with the staff. Wesley and the staff should be praised for their commitment to providing amazing services!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Parking isn’t included with rent, it’s a separate agreement with different options available.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area surrounding 26 Dingwall Road is excellent in every aspect. The range and quality of local shops, restaurants, and open spaces are remarkable. Within walking distance, you will find Church Street Market, the vibrant Whitgift Centre, and Centrale Shopping Centre, all offering a fantastic selection of retail outlets and dining options. The variety of restaurants and cafes cater to diverse tastes, providing everything from international cuisine to local British fare. There are also ample green spaces for relaxation. The transport links from the property are superb. With a direct train line to Central London just minutes away, commuting is quick and easy, making it ideal for anyone working in the city. Gatwick Airport is just a short distance from the building, which is incredibly convenient for travel. Additionally, the nearby local libraries are well-maintained and offer a peaceful space for reading or study. The Croydon Council is only a 5-minute walk away, ensuring quick access to local services. Although the streets immediately surrounding the building are clean and well-kept, there are some areas further out that may occasionally need attention—though this is a broader issue affecting many parts of the UK. It should be noted, however, that this did not directly impact us in any significant way during our stay. In fact, this area offers a quality of living far superior to the central London location I lived in for the previous seven years.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been exemplary in their response to any queries or issues we raised. Any concerns were addressed promptly and effectively, ensuring that we could continue to enjoy a seamless and comfortable living experience. Their professionalism and proactive approach to maintenance have been impressive, making us feel secure and valued as tenants.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in was just how excellent the staff and building management would be. Their level of care and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. It is clear that the management team genuinely values creating a positive community for residents, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Having a Aldi next door is really convenient, with a pure gym opening up soon (august 2025). Good road connection through the A38 to get you in and out of Birmingham and the ring road to assist you getting to other areas of the city. some good bus connection around the site. Next to the Edgbaston cricket stadium, which if you love cricket I'm sure you'll like it. but this does mean that the car park is inaccessible on match days so you will need to organise your car use around that. it is on the pricier sides of rents and they do ask to check income when organising tenancy.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
reasonably quickly, though as with anything involving human interaction response times may vary.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
As most of the apartments only have windows on one side, circulating air and cooling the apartment can be difficult.
