Everything about living here is great; the location the staff the facilities. The tram is just across the road which is quite convenient and parking is a secure parking underground which gives your the ease of mind that nothing will happen

They were quite quick to respond to any questions I have but in terms of problems I didn’t really have any

Yes, the battery of my door was dead and went down and had Calvin change my batteries for me instantly and fixed this issue

How convenient it really is being here, I didn’t know that when they say you’re in the centre without the busyness of the centre they mean it literally

Everything about this establishment is lovely, the location the residents, the staff. Right across the street is the tram and Morrisons which is ideal then 10 mins walk you’d be at five ways station which is also really convenient
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven’t had any issues since moving in, but from what I’ve seen they will most definitely be nothing but helpful
