Hi folks, Steve here! I put the property on the market and I'll tell you a few things about it....

First of all, it looks great from the road side! Us estate agent types call that having 'great kerb appeal'! It's a 'proper' traditional semi detached house, and looks every inch of it!

To help with that 'kerb appeal', the owners have done renovation work on the front bays and look to have done a good job. See what you think for yourself.

It's got a hallway, 2 good sized reception rooms separated by sliding doors (with the one at the back opening directly to the rear garden) and a kitchen that has, if we're being honest, seen better days.

I just wasn't expecting it when I went through the house! It's in a great location, close to the ever improving buzzy and busy Whitegate Drive area with it's restaurants, bars, shops and basically most things you could need! Plus, you're a free-kick away from watching The Tangerines if football's your thing, and a roller-coaster ride away from the pleasure beach and The Prom (Prom, Prom).

Extra-plus! You're straight onto Preston New Road for the easiest access to the M55 if you need it!
