Description

Berry & George Estates was set up to make selling and buying your home easier - plain and simple. Unlike most agents, we're available 7 days a week, including out of hours, because that's when people actually need us!

We'll keep you updated from the moment your home hits the market, right through to completion. That's how it should be.

Yes, we do what other estate agents do - we just do it better. Better photos, better descriptions, honest advice, longer hours, and normal, down-to-earth people who treat you like a person, not a number. Our Google reviews say it all.

We've been in your shoes - buying and selling is stressful. But with a local, family-run team beside you, it's a whole lot easier.

If you need help with a mortgage, speak to Beth at Love Mortgages, she's Award Winning and voted Mortgage Broker of the Year three years running - and yes, the advice is free. Just Google 'LoveMortgages Mold' and check out the reviews for yourself..

Depending on what you are looking for, this house has it all. Great convenient location, bright rooms, it's versatile and can offer two lounges or a fourth bedroom, two bathrooms, one downstairs so if you have an elderly or disabled relative they can live downstairs. It comes with a stylish kitchen / breakfast room as well as a fabulous Orangery, there's also a large utility room, and a nice, easy to maintain private rear garden.

Located in the very popular Village of Bryn Y Baal, sits this fabulous detached family home. If you have children and don't want to get stuck in the school run queues, then this home is perfect, it's just a few minutes walk from the new 'Super School'.

If you love entertaining friends and family then you will be the new 'Go-To' home of choice for Birthdays, Christmas, Yom Kippur and Hanukkah, as here, you can entertain a lot of people in comfort and style.

Pulling up into this quiet Cul-de-Sac, the first thing I thought was, your kids can play safely, without fear of being run down, so that's tick no.1. There's parking for your three cars outside the front of the home, with plenty more places to park close by.

Stepping through the new front door, with glass panels to help let light into the entrance hall, we step inside. Immediately in front of us is a staircase to the first floor, and on our left a handy store cupboard. A set of beautiful Oak and glass panelled veneered doors open into the lounge.

This is a large room that's kept nice and bright thanks to the large front facing window. A feature brick fireplace takes centre stage in the room with an inset multi-fuel burner and crafted wooden mantle sitting over it. This is not only going to keep you nice and cosy during the winter months, but as the amber glow flickers out it will creates an ambiance like no other. Two walls either side of the fireplace have been tastefully arched to create something that would normally look boring, become anything but!

A glass panel door at the head of the lounge opens into the beautiful kitchen / breakfast room.

Here, these two words actually go hand in hand, as there is a breakfast bar with stools to support the claim. Work-surfaces form a U-shape in here and provide ample space for food preparation as well as a home for the 21st gadgets that we've become so reliant on. There's a void for the dishwasher and a window above the dink, in case you decide to wash up instead and admire the garden. A beautiful light wood effect floor offers even more class to this stylish room. You could get a table and chairs in here, but why would you when you just step through into the fabulous Orangery.

Here you have a huge room that can accommodate a massive table and chairs and also a settee and other accompanying pieces of furniture. Windows offer views of the garden as well as a set of patio doors that open up to offer that Al-Fresco dining experience. Radiators keep the room cosy all year round, meaning you'll probably never leave here.

The garden is completely enclosed by a wooden fence with a block paved pathway that forms an L-shape, for sunbathing and seating requirements as well as BBQ needs, around a section of lawn. A wooden shed sits in the far corner and offers a place for the garden furniture as well as garden equipment. There is a path that runs down one side of the house to the front, you know for bins.

Back inside the Orangery and another door opens to reveal the utility room. This has a range of floor and wall mounted storage units as well as another handy work surface. There is plumbing for a washing machine and tumble drier, The tiled floor makes for easy cleaning and then another door opens into a very useful downstairs shower room.

If you have kids, or even if you don't, this is a room you can't do without once you've had one. Beautifully finished off with floor to ceiling tiles, there's a WC and pedestal wash hand basin, with a shower cubicle tucked away in the corner. A heated chrome towel rail helps keep your towels toasty and a raised window allows natural light to flow in.

Stepping into the kitchen again and another door opens into what was originally the garage, this home is full of surprises.

Professionally converted years ago, with a large window letting light in and providing views over the front. This is now being used as a second lounge which, if you have children, is a godsend, but could easily be used as a fourth bedroom, an office, even a playroom.....choices are endless.

If we now go upstairs, as we reach the top, another window helps keep this space nice and bright. The first door opens to reveal the bathroom.

Here, you'll find all of the usual suspects, in a contemporary suite made up of the WC, pedestal wash-hand basin and a panelled bath with hand held shower attachment. The floor to ceiling tiles help keep the maintenance low and a frosted window helps the natural light flood in and also keeps prying eyes out....not that it's that kind of area! The final thing in here is the chrome heated towel rail, for style and toasty towels.

Next, we come to the second bedroom. Large enough to swallow up a double bed and accompanying furniture, with a monstrous four door wardrobe with a set of drawers beneath, if you need bigger, you clearly need help!

The main bedroom is larger still and so can take even more than the second, but how much more you'll need, well I don't know, I thought the second bedroom had it all!!! The only difference between these rooms, apart from a few inches, is the views, the main over the front, the second over the rear.

Lastly, we come to the smallest bedroom. It is what it is, a small bedroom but currently houses a large wardrobe and a toddler's bed, but could easily house a single bed with a smaller wardrobe and limited accompanying furniture.
