    Location is great, very quiet but also very close to westfield where you can get anything from shops to restraunts.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes. Needed to fix lightbulbs and get electricity reading. All done in under 24 hours.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Nothing really. The community is great here. Would be cool to meet some people during the viewing

    On the doorstep of Westfield and the Stratford Centre so perfect for lots of high street shops. Excellent transport hub. Great area to live.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes. Same day responses including Paul the handyman who came the afternoon I submitted some small jobs that needed fixing. Paul gave a super quick, friendly service fixing everything!

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The physical moving in. The car park roof is low so can’t use a big removal van and I found it hard to find a small one!

    As a positive, Coppermaker Square is well located - great transportation hub, close to both Central London and 2 airports. Westfield is really handy and provides a lot of choices. On the negative side, the area isn't the safest and there are a lot of bad people wondering around...

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The management is either amazing and really quick in responding, or an absolute nightmare. I think it depends on the people you deal with. Ashley for example is a great example of positive attitude in the leasing team.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The fact that the rent keeps increasing year on year isn't great at all.

    We have just moved in but all seems very good: great location and transport links. The building is calm and the atmosphere is relaxing.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Farhan has been incredibly helpful and has made our move smooth and easy. Really grateful for his tips and advice! Manav has also helped a lot when we had to change our lease details.

    Living in Stratford is super convenient for getting into town and home again after. The night tube on the jubilee line makes a huge difference and who doesn’t love the Elizabeth line.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The maintenance team are excellent and always respond quickly and flexibly to any problems.

    How busy it can get when there is an event at the London stadium and the impact it has on access / deliveries.
