    The building is very convenient to shops and public transport, Co-op is 1 minute away and the tram stop is around the corner.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I had a minor issue which was resolved the next day

    Did not know about the events which are great and you get to meet the other residents.

    I have lived in trilogy for 6 months now and I have only good things to say about the place. The apartments are lovely, the location is perfect and most importantly we have a resident services advisor that truly cares how tenants feel. From my personal experience, Funmi has made me and any guests I have brought feel so welcome and is the main reason I think trilogy is so great!

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Whenever I have reported an issue Funmi has always ensured the problem is looked after and resolved promptly. This is one of the main reasons my stay has been so pleasant.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I knew how convenient the transport would be. This would’ve saved me ever living in the direct city centre.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    The local shops are accessible and easy to get to. Plenty of restaurants and basky bars around. Always clean when you come in welcomed by lovely receptionist. I love living here and would recommend it to anyone.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They are fast and attentive in their approach. Maintenance staff are deployed in as little as 12 hours depending on the urgency of the issue.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I didn’t know that there was the hot chocolate and coffee machine existed. Even better it is free and available 24/7!

    Apartment is very close to shops (co-op, tesco) . Cornbrook tram stop is also 2 minutes away which is very useful

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I've never had any issues or problems with apartment

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Didn't realize how close the apartment was to city centre

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    It’s a really convenient and nice place to live. If I have to mention a downside, the traffic on Chester Road can be a bit heavy sometimes.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes! The team has always been quick and responsive when it comes to any issues or general queries. Really appreciate the responsiveness!

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    It does get a bit hot in summer, and the ventilation could be better. Also, it’s a little noisier than I expected, especially for flats facing Chester Road.
