Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This is a great area to live. Everything within a walking distance and great rail connections everywhere.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Immediate response, always! Great to see that they genuinly care about our lives and respond with a solution.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I should have moved there earlier! I lived elsewhere, and I should have known the benefits of Kings Cross development.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This apartment building is located in the ideal area - in the heart of King’s Cross, and right by a fantastic array of restaurants, ranging from Indian to Italian, as well as activities and shops very close by. There are frequent events in the area too, such as food markets or open air cinema, you would never get bored!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management have always been extremely friendly and always there to help you with any issue as soon as they can.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d have known about this place sooner! It is wonderful.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

King’s Cross is a fantastic area, especially around Coal Drops Yard. It has a modern, vibrant atmosphere with beautifully redeveloped spaces, perfect for a scenic walk to the stations. The canalside setting adds charm, and you’re surrounded by a great mix of shops, pubs, cafes, and supermarkets. It’s also a growing business hub, with many companies based nearby. Overall, it’s a lively, convenient, and very walkable part of London.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Nothing to add. Everything met expectations and even exceeded them, especially thanks to the outstanding quality of the entire staff. Impeccable service, welcoming atmosphere, and an experience beyond what was expected.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Quick walk to public transport and trains, bus that runs off that stops directly out front. On the edge of coal drop yards, so on the quieter range of buildings. Trains are close by but can only hear if windows are open - the units are extremely well constructed.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Small issues have been addressed within 24 hours by the maintenance team.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Only fully build to rent building in kings cross - take advantage of the amenities offered should you choose to pay to live here!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Beautiful area to live in. Lots of shops, restaurants and trainlines to connect to europe and other parts of england. There is always something fun to do in the area. The downside is that it gets too busy in the summer

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management are quite prompt in attending to issues and querries. Nelson, Anthony, Marijah and the rest of the team are very professional in attending to issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would probably say they should explore the neighborhood and see if it fits into their lifestyle. If they have a car then they need to figure out the parking situation
