Cons: Bins in front of building always overflowing Cannot open door during hot weather Windows barely open Pros: Amazing staff on site Super clean building Incredible amenities Pet friendly!

Yes, junior has attended our property for multiple reasons and he has always been SO helpful and friendly!

That the train station exit to the building is blocked off and the doors cannot be opened for the heatwave.

Yes they have - only when you chase them numerous times.

The practicalities of the development and how much of a nightmare it would have been!

We acknowledge that your move-in experience fell short of expectations, particularly in terms of communication and timely maintenance support. It’s also clear that some aspects of the apartment’s design have not met your practical needs. While we’re pleased to hear that Joe and Junior have been helpful when issues were raised, it’s concerning to learn that your requests were not addressed until escalated as this is not the standard we aim to uphold. Your comments regarding the shower, window functionality, kitchen tap, and cabinet dimensions have been noted, and we’ll be reviewing these with our maintenance and design teams to explore possible improvements. We understand how frustrating repeated follow-ups can be, and we’re committed to ensuring that our residents receive timely and effective support moving forward. Good location and transport links, plenty of places to visit withing easy reach. I have previously reviewed this aspect of living here.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have always recieved timely responses to my messages and appropriate assistance.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
If you've not lived in the area before, look at what's nearby and things that might interest you. Check your transport routes as there are many options here. And get to know the people who are on Front of House, maintenance and housekeeping as well as building management.

The location is excellent. So close to transportation links and has all the amenities, eg close to major supermarkets, high street, fitness centers and clinics.

Yes they have but sometimes it takes a while for them to respond..

None that I can think of. Maybe the way utility is handled.

Junior is very efficient and nice. Help resolve our door battery question quickly and also asked about if there is any other issues to look at. Very impressed.

Sometimes take a long time to respond, but overall it is very quick.

The utility bills are way more higher than other providers.
