We shared last year. We arrived here in the UK with 'Zero' experience of this country. We had just walked by since we had been staying in a nearby hotel, and just tried to walk in asking for a flat to stay in, and we found it was a very good 'move'.

They responded to my issues with rent payment in a professional manner. Edmer was especially helpful!

I wished I had known that i can have a discounted price in the pollen cafe in Kampus.

Living in Kampus has many wonderful aspects that make it a great place to call home. Public transportation is efficient, making it easy to travel to other parts of the city. Despite being well-connected, the area maintains a calm and safe environment, which is ideal for families and students. markets, and cultural events are held regularly, bringing people together and adding excitement to daily life. All these factors make living here truly enjoyable and fulfilling. the location is very convenient. There are good schools, healthcare facilities, and a variety of shops and restaurants nearby.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Whenever I’ve raised an issue, the building management team has acted swiftly. Their communication is clear, and they always follow up to ensure the problem is resolved. They provide updates throughout the process and even check afterward to confirm everything is fixed. Their 24/7 emergency service is especially reassuring. It’s rare to find such reliable and courteous management!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Most importantly, there’s a wonderful sense of safety and belonging that you can’t fully appreciate until you’ve lived here. It’s not just a place to reside—it’s a place to thrive! Every day here feels like a breath of fresh air! this complex has stolen my heart. The perfect blend of tranquility and vibrancy—I couldn’t imagine calling anywhere else home.

Living in the Manchester Kampus building has some cool perks. The apartments are modern, and it's right in the city center, so everything is super accessible. Plus, there are often social events and communal spaces that make it easy to meet people.

they respond immediately. they well take care of the tenants, and the responsible person is available.

they could have focused on more that there are several friendly gatherings and activities
