    the rooms are top quality and the facilities are class the reception staff are exceedingly helpful especially Dan going a step further as a receptionist

    Living in Eda has been a good experience. The ease of transport, proximity to local shops and restaurants makes it a very good place for me.

    The team have been tremendously helpful with any issues I have raised.

    I didn't expect such a friendly and homely environment here at Eda. If I had known I would've moved in sooner!

    I love living in the area, it has a really good vibe with a lot of nice coffee shops and easy access into town. living so close to the quay is a bonus too

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Quick and efficient. any problems are sorted immediately without fuss

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The area is full of really nice coffee shops, gyms, supermarkets. everything you need is in reach. obviously the building is advertised as dog friendly, but they really are! everyone loves dogs including all the staff. so if you have a pet, this is the building for you

    No bad aspects, Eda is located perfectly for me. Located by the water on the quays with a range of amenities/shops/restaurants and bars locally. Eda is also conveniently located right outside a tram stop so I can be in the centre of Manchester within minutes.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    All issues are addressed promptly and handled with a high level of efficiency and professionalism to ensure minimal disruption and timely resolution.
