The estate is close to the Westcroft retail park which has a good array of shopping and dining options.

It's still being built and there is lots of building activity going on, although they are very considerate.
What is the best feature of your home:
This house is very energy efficient and keeps warm easily.

Living in Eredine Crescent is peaceful and quiet, with lots of green areas and walking or cycling paths nearby. Shops, supermarkets, and restaurants are easily accessible. Parking is convenient, bin collections are regular, and the area feels very safe and friendly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I had to move in urgently and didn’t have time to check everything beforehand. Since the house was a new build and had been unoccupied for some time, a few minor issues came up that required engineers to look at. Moving in over a weekend and holiday period slightly delayed fixes, but nothing was critical. Mustafa was always responsive and arranged everything as soon as possible. Overall, it was a smooth move with great support.
What is the best feature of your home:
The best feature of my home is that it’s a brand-new build, fully equipped with all new appliances. Everything inside is fresh, clean, and ready to move into. I also really enjoy having a lovely private garden. It makes living here very comfortable and peaceful.

I wish I had known about the many roundabouts in Milton Keynes. Not as a negative thing but as something to look forward to 😀

The best feature of the home is that it’s brand new and comes with all the necessary white goods.

Great location. We’re about 10-15 minutes by car to everything we need. Not sure if Ikea and Costco being so close is a good or bad thing yet!

Register with the council early for things like council tax and new home bin delivery.
What is the best feature of your home:
Exactly that… it’s NEW! A blank canvass for us to make a home and none of the worry of old heating, plumbing or electrics!

I have lived in Milton Keynes all my life, this is the first new build I’ve lived in, I am completely blown away with the new house. I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful property in the nicest location.
