The station is a 1 minute walk from here with all the access to Westfield shops and restaurants. This is truly a great place to live in.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have recently used the handy man service and it was professionally and exceptionally done. The maintanence team replies to your requests really quickly, which is really uncommon in London. They always provide services in a very friendly and professional manner. When using the handy man service, Valdiney along with Mustapha and Koldo have been really great as they have assembled two cabinets professionally and in a timely manner. It was surprising how they have assembled it outside the apartment to avoid mess. They also have done a great job in mounting my TV to the wall and I absolutely love it. This was my first experience in using this service, and I will definitely use it again.

Make sure that you have the storage space available for you if you need it as they are very popular.

Location is great, very quiet but also very close to westfield where you can get anything from shops to restraunts.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes. Needed to fix lightbulbs and get electricity reading. All done in under 24 hours.

Nothing really. The community is great here. Would be cool to meet some people during the viewing

On the doorstep of Westfield and the Stratford Centre so perfect for lots of high street shops. Excellent transport hub. Great area to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes. Same day responses including Paul the handyman who came the afternoon I submitted some small jobs that needed fixing. Paul gave a super quick, friendly service fixing everything!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The physical moving in. The car park roof is low so can’t use a big removal van and I found it hard to find a small one!

As a positive, Coppermaker Square is well located - great transportation hub, close to both Central London and 2 airports. Westfield is really handy and provides a lot of choices. On the negative side, the area isn't the safest and there are a lot of bad people wondering around...
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management is either amazing and really quick in responding, or an absolute nightmare. I think it depends on the people you deal with. Ashley for example is a great example of positive attitude in the leasing team.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The fact that the rent keeps increasing year on year isn't great at all.
