PLEASE NOTE:
1. The property is offered To Let with the present extractor system in situ for use if required by a future occupier at no cost. However, the Landlords nor their Agent do not give any warranty as to the serviceability or safety of the extractor system. 2. 3. There is a fire escape doorway at first floor in favour of Unit 4 over Unit 5, Pinchbeck Road and a reciprocal right in favour of Unit 5 over Unit 4.
