The Lodge is situated on Farmfields on a premium plus pitch with a private cul-de-sac position that has ample parking for 3 + vehicles with comes with a Mains Gas supply. It has the benefit of a fantastic wrap around deck, which is also south Facing , and comes complete with the Outdoor Furniture, seating cushions and decorative plants
We also have CCTV system fitted externally on the Lodge
It has never been a Rental and only used for ourselves mainly on odd weekends, so in excellent condition.....however it would make an excellent Rental opportunity.
The Holiday Lodge comprises of: The main Entrance leads into the spacious living and Kitchen/Dining space, with an abundance of windows and features a patio door to the front leading onto the Decking. The Kitchen area has plenty of cupboards and worktop space, Gas cooker and extractor hood, 2 x full size fridges and freezer, Microwave, integrated washer/dryer and integrated dishwasher. it will come with all the crockery, Air Fryer and AquaKlenze Filtered Water Tap, Cosori Air Fryer & Tassimo Coffee Machine
The Lounge area includes 3 x sofas,, (one of which is a sofa Bed) dining table and 6 chairs, there is a wall mounted electric fire and Smart TV as well as a Freestat Box with outside Dish.
The Lounge also has a new carbon monoxide detector/smoke detector and fire extinguisher The Hallway with Radiator and new carbon monoxide detector/smoke detector leads to 3 x bedrooms and main Bathroom:-
Master Bedroom has a King size bed, walk-in/through wardrobe, draws and ample shelves and en-suite shower room and Wall Fan, this also comes complete with New bedding, throw and cushions
Bedroom 2 with twin bed, wardrobe and ample draws, Wall Fan, TV and Blu Ray player....this also comes complete with New bedding, throw and cushions
